On Tuesday evening, families of students in grades 2-4 participated in our first annual Family Coding Night! Adults and students worked together in pairs to solve a series of puzzles designed to teach some of the fundamentals of coding and computer science. This event was a great opportunity to see how fun coding can be!
For the past two months, second and third grade students participating in our after school Technology Club have been using the block-based coding tools in Scratch to create animations. In the club, students tinkered with graphic design, sound, and coding to bring their ideas to life. Check out some photos of their designs!
